I also have the cheaper version of the link cable rather than the official one from Oculus, and keep wondering if that is the main reason I have an i7-10750H processor, a GeForce RTX 2060 graphics card, with 16gb ram. I set my resolution to 1024*720, run as admin, I use WTfast as ping booster, I set affinity and priority and i usually get +60fps sometimes then it drops to 25-30 in moon water plains for example, and then sometimes i get 10-15 fps.
