MDSC are characterized by their myeloid origin, immature state, and most importantly by their potent ability to suppress different aspects of immune responses, especially T-cell proliferation and cytokine production. WebMyeloid-derived suppressor cells ( MDSC) are a heterogeneous group of immune cells from the myeloid lineage (a family of cells that originate from bone marrow stem cells).
