(reapply if the stain is stubborn and repeat the process until gone) For dirt or dust - Use water, reapply cornstarch afterward. (Use other powder before but cornstarch is best)

You can touch up the figure with the pen directly, or if you want to be a little more accurate you can put some of the colorless blender on a cotton swab and then make use of that! WebI treat my pleather figures with 303 aerospace. I just pour a little in a cap and use a small, clean paintbrush to apply it all over. Pleather will deteriorate over time without hydrating it somehow, and 303 is good stuff. I use it on my cars interior mostly. I use makeup brushes to dust my figures as well.
