Webb22 sep. 2013 · If your IAT sensor is like the one on my 02, it only has 2 wires/contacts and the polarity really doesn't matter. It's just a resistor. Check with the IAT unplugged and ignition on, you should get ground on one and +5V on the other, measured at the plug. Maybe you stretched or broke a cable. saludos Bernardo Click to expand... The first measures the 'outside' or 'ambient' air temperature and is located on the right hand side of the air splitter as you look at it.
