Webb9 juni 2024 · To shed light on the role of inhibition in cortical complexity, here we combined electrophysiological recordings and computational simulations to investigate the relevance of fast inhibition, mediated by GABA A receptors (GABA A -Rs), and slow inhibition, mediated by GABA B receptors (GABA B -Rs). WebbAdditionally, we observed inhibition of integrin-linked pathways involved in cell proliferation, survival and migration such as FAK, Akt, and MAPK as well as direct inhibitory effects on cell migration. We compared the effects of the compound with cilengitide, which is one of the best-characterized αVβ3 antagonists available.
