For finer-grained rotation with the keyboard shortcuts, use the shortcuts alt + [ and alt + ] to rotate one degree at a time. WebbTo resize an image in Inkscape, grab the Select Tool (keyboard shortcut: S) and click on the image to select it. Transformation handles should appear around the sides and corners.
